Process introduction
The whole milk is filtered, preheated to about 45°C, homogenized with added materials, and then pasteurized at 85°C for 0.5–1.5 hours before being cooled and transferred to the fermentation tank for yogurt production.
A CIP cleaning system uses circulating weak acid, weak alkali, and clean water to automatically and effectively clean equipment without disassembly, though manual cleaning can be chosen for lower production needs to reduce costs.
