♦ This machine is Semi-Automatic with such processes as automatic cup-loading, automatic feeding straw, manual feeding material package, press, photoelctric eyes for correct position of the film onto the cups, heat sealing, film cutting, leftover film collecting, capping and discharging.
♦ We can also add other function according to customers' requirements, such as fruit pulp filling, CIP cleaning, automatic control of liquid level of material tank, air blowing and dust-collecting, uv sterilization,vacuuming and nitrogen filling , air purifying, cup-cover feeding, air purifying, tape type date printer or inkjet printer, cup discharing and conveying, PLC control system.
