The HSD filling and cap-screwing machine is a fully automatic packaging system handling pouch-loading, vacuuming, filling, nitrogen injection, spout cleaning, capping, discharging, and liquid level control, with a frequency-controlled motor and optional CIP connection, suitable for products like jelly, soy milk, yogurt, juice, ice cream, edible oil, seasoning, detergents, and other chemical products.
♦ HSD filling and cap-screwing machine is a full automatic package machine with such processes as automatic pouch-loading, vacuuming, pouch-locating and dosing filling, nitrogen filling, cleaning for spout, cap feeding and inserting, capping, discharging and liquid level controlling.
♦ Frequency converter controls motor speed. Not only it can be connected with CIP cleaning system and safeguard switch, but also some functions can be added or removed according to the customers' requirement.
♦ This machine is suitable for packing jelly, soy milk, yogurt, mineral water, juice, ice cream, edible oil, seasoning,detergent and other chemical products and so on.
