Application:
Suitable to fill the meal /vegetable into plastic/ metal box and seal with aluminium/plastic film.
Working process:
Auto tray feeding →auto food filling or manul filing → auto tray feeding→ auto vacuum pumping → automatic proportional filling of ternary gas → automatic sealing → automatic discharging.
Features:
1. Servo motor drive screw is used to control the clamping and sealing of the vacuum box, and the sealing pressure can be digitally adjusted;
2. The tray feeding, suction and cover film are all controlled by servo motors to make the transmission more precise;
3. The main frame of the clamping mold is made of aviation aluminum;
4. Equipped with air storage tank on the machine to improve the stability of air pressure;
5. Adopt low-pressure protection technology to prevent the machine from starting at low air pressure and improve the reliability and stability of the machine;
6. Adopt centralized exhaust technology to reduce pollution;
