Application:
Suitable to fill the meal /vegetable into plastic/ metal box and vacuum and seal with aluminium/plastic film
Working process:
Auto tray feeding →auto food filling or manual filing → weight checker(optional) → tray transferred through conveyor → trays tranfered into mould by manipulator → auto film feeding → auto vacuum(optional)→ auto sealing → auto film cutting → discharge→labelling machine → code inkjet printing
Features:
1. Equipped with anti-rust aluminum thickened solid template (made in Guangdong),
acid-resistant, alkaline alloy anti-rust aluminum;
2. Air storage tank is equipped on the machine to improve the stability of air pressure;
