Material:
1) cam of driving system is made of forging steel 45#. It hardness is not less than HR50 after heat treatment.
2) Shift is made of steel 45#. The surface is grinded smooth. It is durable and wear resistant;
3) Side plates and guide rod is die casting parts which has high intensity and long life span.
The whole surface is anti-corrosion treated.
4) The platform of the machine is made of food grade SS304 plate in the thickness of 2mm, which makes it easy to clean;
5) Devices for bag placing, bag opening, sealing, gripping and the gripper are made of food grade SS304.
6) electrical box is made of food grade SS304 in the thickness of 2mm. It is water proof. The whole platform surface can be washed with water.
