♦ HZF-series automatic filling and sealing machine for plastic/paper cups is suitable for filling and sealing various liquid and solid material, such as Jelly, yoghurt, juice,condiment, sauce,soy milk, instant noodle and muesli, nut,rice , powdery material etc.
♦ This machine is fully automatic with such processes as automatic cup-loading, filling, single lid sucking and locating or photoelctric eyes for correct position of the film onto the cups, heat sealing, film cutting, leftover film collecting, cup discharging.
♦ We can also add other function according to customers' requirements, such as fruit pulp filling, CIP cleaning, automatic control of liquid level of material tank, air blowing and dust-collecting, vacuuming and nitrogen filling , air purifying, cup-cover feeding, air purifying, tape type date printer or inkjet printer, cup output conveying, PLC control system.
