♦ This machine is fully automatic with such processes as pouch-loading, vacumming, pouch-locating and dosing filling, nitrogen filling, cleaning for spout, cap feeding and alignment, discharging and liquid level controlling. Frequency converter controls motor speed. Not only it can be connected with CIP cleaning system, PLC control and touch screen system, equipped with the air-purifying system and safeguard swith, but also some functions can be added or removed according to the customer's requirment.
♦ We can also add other function according to customers' requirements, such as CIP cleaning, automatic control of liquid level of material tank, nitrogen filling , air purifying, inkjet printer etc.
