The HZF-series automatic filling and sealing machine for plastic or paper cups fully automates cup-loading, filling, lid positioning, heat sealing, film cutting, leftover collection, and cup discharging, handling liquids and solids like jelly, yogurt, juice, soy milk, instant noodles, nuts, rice, and powders, with optional functions such as CIP cleaning, liquid-level control, vacuuming, nitrogen filling, air purifying, and printing.
♦ HZF-series automatic filling and sealing machine for plastic/paper cups is suitable to fill liquid and solid material, such as Jelly, yoghurt, juice,condiment, sauce,soy milk, instant noodle and muesli, nut,rice , powdery material etc.
♦ This machine is fully automatic with such processes as automatic cup-loading, filling, single lid sucking and locating or photoelctric eyes for correct position of the film onto the cups, heat sealing, film cutting, leftover film collecting, cup discharging.
♦ We can also add other function according to customers' requirements, such as CIP cleaning, automatic control of liquid level of material tank, air blowing and dust-collecting, vacuuming and nitrogen filling , air purifying, cup-cover feeding, air purifying, tape type date printer or inkjet printer, cup output conveying etc.
